Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays, new releases), processing times may be extended.


Shipping Times & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

These are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Packages delayed due to carrier issues

  • Lost or stolen packages

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


Pre‑Orders & Limited Edition Items

Pre‑order items or limited‑edition drops may have extended processing times. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
